Each Owatch product comes with a service warranty that guarantees our users excellent service and peace of mind
12 MONTHS SUPER WARRANTY
- The warranty period is 12 months.
- During the warranty period, if parts are damaged and need to be repaired (artificial damages and easy-broken part are not included), customer no need to send back first and wait after repairing, instead, we will send the replaceable part to customer by DHL or other fast parcels.
- Both spare parts and parcel freight to customer is free.
- We provide software support forwhole life!
DETAILS OF SPECIFIC TERMS
- The warranty period starts from the date of delivery agreed by the contract.
- Before we send the replaceable parts out, customers should send the broken parts out to the company and provide the tracking number which can be checked and confirmed.
- Customer should pay the freight cost for sending the broken parts back to the company.
- Both artificial damages and easy-broken parts are not included in the policy of warranty.
- Warranty on the Headsets are a period of 6 months Excluding the Cable, Leather gasket and Head straps.
- When problem happens, customers should not attempt to fix themselves. The need to cooperate and follow the instructions of the after-sales experts to check and solve the problems step by step; If customers not cooperate and try to repair themselves, and damage other parts, the warranty will be voided.
- The company reserve the right of final explanation for after-sales policy.

A: VR GAMES
Plastic visor, Metal hinge for visor, Safety belt, Joystick, Leather gasket for headset, Straps for headset, Cable for headset, Bottom foot, Bottom wheel, Battery of VIVE, Battery of shooting gun.
B: CAR RACING SIMULATORS
Parts of remote control car, Battery, Camera, Safety belt, Bottom foot, Bottom wheel.
C: 5D CINEMA
3D glass, Safety belt, bubble juice, perfume, snowflake juice.
IMPORTANT DECLARATION
- One extra headset cable (except HTC VIVE), one extra gun for VR team, one extra coin’s board will be shipped with each order free of charge.
- If easy-broken parts damage within 30 days under normal use, we consider they’re quality issue and will enjoy the normal policy of warranty as other accessories.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
- We provide 7X24 hours After-Sales Service.
- When problem happen, we service team will guide clients to troubleshoot and confirm the problem by wechat or by whatsApp together.
- If it’s spare parts problem, we will send new parts to client by DHL for replacement and it is all free during the warranty period.
- If that’s software issue, we remote to fix it.

INSTALLATION SERVICE
For 5D cinema order, Jurassic 3D ride order & orders of more than 3 units VR games or other regular simulators, we provide installation service, which we will send one engineer to help customer for installation and training. We will take the engineer salary while customer side cover the travel cost, including VISA, tickets, hotel and food.
